Captain Bellerophon
For his crusade
Shall recieve
The ancient craft
From the siege
Of Universal year
3373

Yanar Orbit, one month has passed
Bellerophon confronts the guardian
Of the forbidden, Lycia system
Chimera
The records show
The Pegasus recieved
A nominal blast
And a message

'You shall not pass, but you may go free.'
Bellerophon was quick to respond
'You shall yield or die at my hand.'
Battle insued, 14 kliks from nearest land
Only the victor would survive

The Chimera struck, with deadly speed, to no avail
Its serpents could not grasp the dexterous ship
Its feline beams could not pierce the ancient shell
And finally, in an attempt to ram its tauntor
The Chimera was disabled, and caught in the orbit
Of that which it sought to save, the elder and forbidden, Yanar One

All through out the cosmos, Bellerophon told his story
Of the hellish battle, and his new found glory
Bellerophon grew proud
Bellerophon grew arrogant

U.Y. 3382 The Captain crashed his craft
On the shores of Gadfly: Jupiter's Remains
Bellerophon, alone and stranded though still alive
Grew blind and lame and very miserably, he died
